THE NOBLE SMUGGLER by Sian Ann Bessey. This was a fun romance to read. It is sent on the coastline where smuggling was the way of life. It shows what some good people do in order to bring down the wicked, reminding me a lot of current day undercover police officers, albeit untrained in this story, and how far people will go to get the justice they feel is deserved. I enjoyed the historical people sprinkled into the story, and I loved Elizabeth and Jonas. How their stories intertwined was beautifully done. I would highly recommend this book to any and everyone who loves a good historical story with romance throughout.

THE GEM THIEF by Sian Ann Bessey. This was a very engaging read. I sat back and enjoyed everything about it. Who wouldn't love a Mediterranean cruise. It was fun to read about an industry I really know nothing about, and to learn about it mixed with suspense, romance, and the location, you can't go wrong. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves to travel with some romantic suspense in the mix. I will be looking into more books by this author.

TO WIN A LADY'S HEART by Sian Ann Bessey. This was a delightful read. I'm familiar with the legend it was based on so I was excited to see how that would be incorporated into the story. It was done well. The characters were true to their upbringing as well as the individual challenges that life brought them. It was fun to see Lady Joanna's growth throughout the story as well as her father and Sir Lukas. I'm always a sucker for a good tournament with the wrong guy in the lead. This is a well written love story that anyone will enjoy and appreciate. I highly recommend it.

For eighteen years, Lord Gilbert has been tortured over a grievous lapse in judgment. Bitterness has tainted his interactions with the people of Moreland and his relationship with his only daughter, Lady Joanna.
