CHARLOTTE'S PROMISE by Jennifer Moore. When I got this book I found the cover to be a bit odd, but I couldn't wait to read it. Once I finished the book, the cover had grown on me. The plot sounded fascinating and it held true. The readers were thrown into the story in such a way that you immediately feel for Charlotte and her position, as well as her reasons for attempting to gain passage to New Orleans. The voyage over was harrowing as several things went wrong. And the adventure continued into New Orleans. This adventure is worth risking it all for. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a great seaworthy tale as well as some romance.

A CHRISTMAS COURTING by Jennifer Moore, Chalon Linton, Jen Geigle Johnson, Heidi Kimball. I really enjoyed this collection of Christmas stories. I have read things from all but one of the authors and found that these stories we equal to their other books. Each couple was fun to follow through their journey. I didn't feel like I missed out on anything, although it's always nice to have more with characters you enjoy being with. I loved how some of the others referenced characters from other novels. It felt like an addition to that particular novel. It was a delightful addition to Christmas love stories and a great way to begin the crazy holiday season. I would highly recommend it.

THE SHIPBUILDER'S WIFE by Jennifer Moore. I really enjoyed this book. Not only were the characters fun to love, it gave me a different sense of what the world was like in America during this particular time period. It showed how war changes some people and brings others closer. It showed how shallow some people in society were as well as who kind and loving others are. I loved Lydia and her growth throughout the store. I enjoyed watching Jacob learn to deal with his trust issues. There was one unanswered question that I'm hoping will be answered in another novel sometime, or it just may be one that is left dangling. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. It was a wonderful read that I would recommend to anyone.

MY DEAREST ENEMY by Jennifer Moore. I really enjoyed this book. I'm so used to Regency era that it so a nice change to read about something on the North American continent. It gave me a different feel for what was going on during that time period. I love to see how what is socially acceptable in society has changed over the many years, both for better and for worse. The characters are amazing as is the storyline. In a way I feel like the story could be continued which is fun to speculate but I was happy with the ending. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a good historical romance, although it does touch on some of the unpleastantries of war so it may not be good for some.

MISS LESLIE'S SECRET by Jennifer Moore. This book was so much fun. We actually just took a trip to Scotland and I was very excited to read a story set in the Scottish Highlands. It did not disappoint. I knew of many of the places that were talked about, so visualizing the characters at home was easy to do. I loved the personalities of Conall, Aileen, and Jaime. Watching the characters grow together was done so well. Then the when the secret comes out, the tension rises and the ending was perfect. I would highly recommend this book to any and everyone.

MISS WHITAKER OPENS HER HEART by Jennifer Moore. I was interested in this book because of its location, Australia. I love Australia and have to say that I haven't read many books with an Australian setting, especially in this era. The historical aspect of it alone had me fascinated. A headstrong woman in the middle of Australia as the head of a ranch. Incredible with just that alone. The characters were wonderful. It was easy to see exactly why they did what they did and made the choices they made. Sometimes all the self-questioning that happens in a romance bothers me, but in this story I could really feel why the doubts were there and why the questions kept being asked. It was a fantastic story that held everything you could imagine: heartbreak, betrayl, love, hardship, suspense, growth. I would highly recommend it to any and everyone, even those who are not really fans of romance. There is a lot to learn in this story.

A PLACE FOR MISS SNOW by Jennifer Moore. I loved this sweet story. Not only was it set in a place that I haven't read a lot about (Greece), the characters were easy to love. I was sucked into the story from the first page and enjoyed it all the way till the end. In face, I didn't want it to be over. This sweet story is for anyone, especially those who love to learn about a new culture and those who love a good romance. It is a delightful read that everyone will love.

LADY HELEN FINDS HER SONG by Jennifer Moore. I really enjoyed this story. I love being in a different part of the world that isn't always talked about. I love that Helen was able to see the beauty in things around her even though there were ugly things happening. I enjoyed watching the relationship grow between Captain Rhodes and Lady Helen. I did have a hard time believing the relationship between Lieutenant Bancroft. There wasn't much time spend on them together and he seemed to pop up when it was convenient rather than an integral part of the story. This is a great read for anyone who loves a good adventure with romance. I'd highly recommend it.

SIMPLY ANNA by Jennifer Moore. This was a very fun, quick read. It talked about a part of the world that isn't used in literature for this era. I enjoyed reading more about Jamaica. I did have a hard time figuring out some of the speak when it was written in the Jamaica dialect, but it didn't take away from the story that much. I enjoyed the characters, setting and plot of this story. It is a clean read that I would recommend to anyone who loves a great romance.

MISS BURTON UNMASKS THE PRINCE by Jennifer Moore. This is a very cute regency romance that I enjoyed. I found that I didn't like some of the side story, I just wanted to get back to the Meg and Carlo, although I understand why the side story was there. I loved the characters. Meg had a fire that I think is fun to read about in the ton. I loved watching Meg's relationship with Carlo and the ending was perfect. It's a wonderful, clean romance that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys a good love story.
